About me
I am Zheng Zhou, a fourth-year Ph.D. student at Qiuzhen College, Tsinghua University, advised by Professor Yuhong Yang. Before joining Tsinghua, I received my bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Sun Yat-sen University.
My research interests lie broadly in statistics, machine learning, and quantitative finance, with a focus on statistical theory and methodology, prediction, and their applications to real-world problems. I am also interested in recent advances in artificial intelligence and how they can be incorporated into statistical research.
Research Interests
- Model selection and model evaluation
- Uncertainty quantification, especially conformal prediction
- Causal inference
- Quantitative finance
- Learning-to-rank problems
